Who We Are and What We Do
The IMPC is made up of parents of students participating in the Moorestown High School bands and orchestras, including the Honors Orchestra, the Honors band ensembles, the Jazz bands, and the Pep Band. Parent volunteers participate in the IMPC in many ways, through donations of money, refreshments, gifts, and their time.
The IMPC provides refreshments for post-concert receptions, for the Pep Band during football games and other special performances, and the orchestra during Senior Recognition Night. The IMPC helps defray the cost of transportation for field trips, covers the costs of plaques given to seniors at the end of the school year, and funds multiple scholarships for the orchestra, band, and AP Music Theory, among other things. In addition, the IMPC provides funding to the band and orchestra to purchase certain items or make repairs that are not otherwise covered in the school budget.
The IMPC raises funds through membership donations and various other fundraising activities throughout the school year. We invite you to become a member of the IMPC by printing the 2017 IMPC Patron Form and making a donation.
