Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 7:35 by the co-presidents.
Minutes of the October 9, 2012 meeting were approved with no changes.

The membership spreadsheet had been mailed to the co-presidents, but review was not yet complete. However, A. Johnson reported she had deposited $550 in checks, which suggests there are at least 55 members.
A. Johnson reported that IMPC has a current balance of $6,258.00. She noted that $1,900 remains committed but not yet spent, as follows:

C. Voyack reported she reached out to Paige Baldwin, who stated she had lost the scholarship check of $350 issued in June of 2012. It was agreed to stop payment on the original check and reissue a check to Paige Baldwin, and send it directly to her.
C. Voyack stated she would be in charge of refreshment set-up, including contacting the custodial staff. She stated she would bring in supplies for hot beverages (coffee, tea, cocoa), and would send around by email a sign-up for baked goods/finger foods and water. She indicated she thought paper supplies were adequate.
It was agreed there would be a membership table during the reception, and that the remaining instrumental music flags would be offered for sale at $10 during the concert and the reception.
Western Burlington County Honors Band
C. Voyack said she had spoken with Jersey Mike’s regarding hoagies. Jersey Mike’s will provide 15” hoagies for $6.00. After some discussion, it was agreed to offer the hoagies on January 8th, cut into quarters and sold for $2.00 or $2.50 per quarter. Menus with limited selection options (i.e., cheese, turkey) will be provided to students during the January 3rd rehearsal.
It was agreed that pizza will be offered during the January 3rd rehearsal, sold by the slice ($2.00 or $2.50). The number of pizzas will be determined immediately prior to rehearsal, if a number can not be determined by C. Norris in December. N. Matthews intended to speak with D’Angelo’s in Cinnaminson about getting pizzas from there.
Drinks available through the IMPC will be limited to water.
The Heenekes have already purchased some of the snacks for intermission on the night of the concert. Water will also need to be purchased.
It was confirmed that Cafe Night will be held on February 22nd.
C. Voyack stated that she and N. Matthews had divided the work among four committees:
There was debate whether to produce a program booklet. It was noted that the booklet has brought in significant money in the past, but is also a complex project.
Representatives of MoorArts stated that the organization supports all arts programs, and will be holding a Holiday Arts Festival in the Loft (3rd floor of the Recreation Center) following the Moorestown Holiday Parade. They indicated they hope students will attend, and showcase their talent, perhaps doing their All South Jersey audition material.
MoorArts reported they are holding a fundraiser Gala at the Community House on January 12, 2013, catered by Bacio. The Gala will include vocal and instrumental music. Its purpose is to raise funds for scholarships. MoorArts reported they awarded 15 scholarships last school year, ranging from $500 to $1,000.
The IMPC agreed to meet on February 12, 2013 at 7:30 P.M. Subsequent meetings will be held on the first Tuesday of the month.
