The minutes from the September 2011 meeting were approved with two changes.
Steve Fink reported that the current balance is $4,823. Additions were made to the account for 49 new members ($490) and the sale of five flags ($125). Expenses were paid from the account for band refreshments for three football games.
Shari Hyder reported there are 51 members of IMPC as of today.
Ms. Burke reported that a trip is being planned for orchestra members to the Kimmel Center in February. A student funds account will be paying the expense of $30 per ticket for this performance. Orchestra will have 20-21 stuendets trying out for All South Jersey.
Mr. Norris reported that the band had been busy performing at the football games. Eigth graders performed with the band at the last game with very good results. This Friday's game will be at Hammonton High School at 7pm. If the football team wins there will be a conclict December 3 with a football game and the Holiday Parade. If the football team loses and the band performs at the Holiday parade a volunteer is needed to help with a bagel breakfast for the band.
A bleacher cover, called a “performer warmer,” has been made and have been successful. One more is needed costing $60.
The joint band/orchestra concert is scheduled December 15, snow date December 16.
Ideas were given as to how to encourage parents to stay until the end of the performance and attend the reception afterwards.
Iron Hill Brewery fundraiser:
Iron Hill Brewery date of December 20 needs to be confirmed with Carol Mullin. Nancy Matthews and Carol Mullin will handle distribution of the flier provided by Iron Hill to advertise the event. An email will also be sent as a reminder.
Cafe Night fundraiser:
Dates for the event were discussed. February 24, 2012 was selected as the date. Volunteers are as follows:

Combined band and orchestra concert will be Thursday December 15 at 7:30 pm. Danielle Thomas volunteered to corrdinate reception following.
